hi, about 6 months ago i was online browsing and came across rollies.com and while looking i saw a really cool tobacco pipe but couldn't afford it at the time. well after some time, my financial situation improved and i decided to go back to the site and see if the pipe i wanted was still there, it was and it didnt say "out of stock" or "discontinued item" or anything. along with the pipe i ordered a lighter for my girlfriend, a total of about 74 dollars worth of their product. that was on 4/11/10, it is now 4/27/10 and it hasn't shipped. I looked them up in the google search bar and to my surprise, they on this rip off report site and the man is defending his company stating " if the customers send an email they will let you know what is going on with your order" well i've sent two, the first email i sent i was merely inquiring on what was up with my order, on the second email i explained to them that i realize that they are a small business and all i wanted was a simple email saying "hello" and it would put my mind at ease knowing they are atleast checking their emails. I am now convinced that they don't check their emails because they are too busy online checking rip off report and defending themselves. Marlo Franson, get off of ripoff report and answer your customers once in a while and maybe you wont have to be on here defending yourself. oh, and also i saw a report where someone said they waited and got the wrong item, if i get the wrong item, marlo, i will be sending it back and asking for a refund, i want exactly what i ordered and i want it before christmas. I also want to say that i am not a rich person, 74 dollars is a lot of money to me and if i am in fact being scammed, i will do all i can to help others bring this company down

okay, this ripoff report site is a usefull site, i have been scammed by places before, but this rollies site although not the fastest company is only manned by a few people. i posted some horrible stuff about them in my impatience, i really thought i was being ripped off, finally got a call that i missed because i was at work, and also an email, the problem has been taking care of, and rest assured that it may take a bit but you will get your order, i work fast food and the economy has us so short staffed that i wind up running the whole front of the store by myself with one person on the back line and one manager, it gets difficult to make food for hundreds and hundreds of people quickly when you are just one man. i should have taken this into consideration but i have learned in this lifetime to trust noone, i will buy from rollies again to help them build up and i hope you people can also learn some patience and do the same. sorry marlo.........
