We put hardwood floor through homedepot on our second level. However Romanoff employee told us that our floor was not leveled, so he would have to charge us additional $500. Since homedepot can not install unlevel flooring, but that was like. The employee scamed us out of money, then showed up to my house hold, he was upset and could of been danger to us. Luckily nothing happened. Romanoff was suppose to issue if a check for the money loss but spelt the name incorrectly and we haven't heard anything since. This company seems to not care about what is going on with their customers. I had several issues with their employee then I got scammed. Not good.
