ROOMSTORE FURNITURE Is trying to rip us off with an exchange of a couch they sold us with a manufacture default. We bought couches and withing 3 months of owning them they were broken, and service has been out 2 times in 6 months, and now wont refund all of our $ for our manufacture defaulted couches Webster, Texas

We Bought our couches from the roomstore and withing 6 months of owning them service has been out twice, and one of the times ordered the wrong parts. We have owned the couches for 8 months and they have been broken 5 months out of the 8. After service finally fixed the couches they were doing the same thing with 2 weeks of them being fixed. They said they would let us exchange them for new couches, but we still had to pay for the fabric protection again, and pay for them to pick up our broken couches, and pay for our new ones to be delivered. So we would now be out the $220.00 for the inital fabrice protection + the $250.00 for the new couches fabric protection, + the initial $87.50 for delivery, + the $149.00 for them to pick up our bad couches, and deliver our new ones. A total of $576.50. We spoke with the manager on duty and he was rude and didnt give us the time of day. We dont think it is fair for us to have paid for the initial fabric protection for a 5 yr protection on couches we only got to own for 8 months due to a manufacture default. I realize someone is out the money for it, but that it why the roomstore is the middle man, they need to eat the cost and go after the manufavtire for the reimbusment, and we should not have to pay anything for delivery. It is not our fault the couches went bad. We even saw their floor smaple couches in their store, and they are doing the same thing ours are, and they are still selling them to customers knowing they are defaulted. The only people who have even appologized for the situation are their sales people, not one person in cutomer service has appologized. They are all rude and dont care. We have filed with the BBB and now this website so hopefully others wont have to go through this. We ,eet with their store manager tomorrow morning. We will see what he has to say. Hopefully he is nicer than anyone else we have ran across with  the company. Don't buy from them.
