ROSENTHAL, STEIN AND ASSOCIATES LLC Illegal Collectional Practices, Threats of Jailtime, Impersonation of a Military Police Agent Marietta, Georgia

My mother was contacted by an "Agent Bennett" from Rosenthal, Stein And Associates, LLC. This "Agent" proceeded to tell her that he was looking for me, gave her my date of birth and the last 4 digits of my Social Security Number. He identified himself as being an agent with the Armed Forces of the United States. He also told her that it was in reference to a payday loan.

This "Agent Bennett" proceeded to tell her that if I did not call back by 1600 EST Monday that their company would arrive at my house with an arrest warrant to arrest me without having to go through the county sheriff's department as it was a "Federal Case" and the State of Arkansas and my county would not have proper jurisdiction. All of which she knew was false because she is a Circuit Judge.

When she informed this "Agent Bennett" that she was a Circuit Court Judge for the State of Arkansas and the information that he was disclosing to her was a violation of Federal Laws and of the State of Arkansas, this "Agent" promptly told her that she could take her "Hick @ss law degree and shove it up her @ss." He continued that he "was an attorney and knew the law", and that "she should go back to law school to receive a refresher course.", and then promptly hung up the phone.

After I talk to this "Agent Bennet" first thing Monday morning, I will file criminal harassment charges against Rosenthal, Stein And Associates, LLC. as well as a civil harassment lawsuit alongside the FDCPA civil suit in my local Circuit Court.
