I recently purchased a new Harley Davidson motorcycle from Rossiters Harley-Davidson in Sarasota Florida. Thay agreed to a written proposal from me for the bike. After I signed all the paper work and they took my trade, the gave me the new bike minus some parts that were suposed to be on the bike. They insulted me and my wife and said that was it.
Rick Rossiter called me after I sent a letter to him but was also insulting, arrogant and very defensive related to his employees' behavior. He told me to "do business elsewhere." This must be the HD Dealer mantra - I have read it many times on the web reportedly stated from dealers to cunsumers with complaints.
Please post any other problems with Rossiters as I am taking action.
