Where do I begin with this place. I went here because I had a troubled credit history due to some medical bills and some irresponsbility when I was younger.   So, I was happy that I could even purchase a vehicle, this was my only option.  Howver, I am on my second car with these people and once the vehicle is paid, I'm be relieved do not deal with them anymore.  First and most obvious are the cars they sell.  They must have a special deal in order to give all the cars for sale new, valid inspection stickers because none of the cars I have had should have passed inspection in the first place.  When the inspection was due after I had purchased BOTH vehicles, BOTH vehicles FAILED inspections and required multiple, costly repairs before they could possibly pass.  Not to mention, the vehicles are probably very unsafe.

The first vehicle I purchased, I was close to paying off when the frame rusted out and the car was considered a total loss.  This is only a couple years after i purchased it! Obviously, if the frame had rusted it, it was something that was occuring over an extended period of time, so how would it pass inspection and have valid inspection sticker when I purchased it? It doesn't add up.   Luckily, they did work with me to get me into a second vehicle which I am close to paying off but just like clockwork, it failed inspeciton and there are multiple issues wrong with it.  Not even 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the transmission blew while I was on the highway! Obviously, it was still within their warranty period so they fixed it but again, how did it pass inspection with a bad transmission-there had to be a way to tell it was going to go.   Now i am in the position with a balance still left to pay on my loan but have a vehicle that won't pass inspection unless it has costly repairs and is now currently not driveable so I am paying for a piece of metal sitting in my driveway.  

The other issue I have with this place is the people that work their and their lack of customer service and unprofessionalism.   If you do not pay on the day you are supposed to, they are calling and leaving threatening messages that lack customer service.  It's not all low income, uneducated people that use them so they can't get away with that, especially with me.   If for some reason, you don't call them back right away, they call the people you put down as contacts and harrass them looking for you.   It's really bothersome.    

Lastly, the true ripoff is that you are paying 3-4 times more than what the vehicle is actually worth because of the high interest they charge.   They figure this is your only option for a vehicle so they take advantage of you.   My vehicle is only worth around $2000 but when is all is said and done, I would have paid over $10,000!

The fact that I have had very similar issues with both vehicles I purchsed from here, that can't be a conicidence. 

If you are considering using this place, please research your other options first.   If you have to go here, get the vehicle inspected before you buy it, I can almost guarantee your mechanic will find issues with whatever vehicle you buy.

It does seem like your bothering them or they dont feel like talking

Most of the time with most of them. I think we get taken advantage of when we have bad credit and are over charged or treated poorly because they think they have us by the balls because they are the only way out. Its also kinda fishy when you can only take your car to one place for work and inconvenient if you dont live there. Ive had non stop problems with my car including the transmission going like a month after i bought it. One time when i took it to my mechanic they found serious issues underneath and took pics. It shouldnt of passed inspection and could have killes us. But i must say for the transmission and the other problem jeremy did take care of it with no cost to me. I was talked up like tge car was in great condition and would last my amount of time i am leasing it but one thing after another it seems like. Jeremy has helped me but iys always tacked on to my contract or something. I owe way more then what its worth. I do not feel like I was given a reliable car and after being faithful for almost two years im being treated like s**t. No late payment or missed or anything. I currently have one thing after another going right now it about 11 things that will be quite costly and i was told im on my own fix them myself. I make sure my oil changes are done when needed and everything. Pissed off!!! Like I saod Ove been faithful. I definatly see where your coming from.

 I appreciate Rowe responding to my report and offering a solution to my problems.   I guess the moral of the story is to make sure the vehicle you are purchasing from here is inspected completely by a independent mechanic BEFORE you commit to a purchase.  I don't know if it was just a coincidence that the vehicles i have purchased from here could not pass inspection when it came due and both vehicles had multiple problems, the first vehicle being completely unrepairable.  I purchased one vehicle in the Portland location and one in the Auburn location and dealt with many different people.  Please be sure to get a solid contact there that you can work with so they know what is going on and you dont have to explain your situation multiple times.

Bottom line, do you research and take your time.  I was desperate for a vehicle so I rushed into it.  And I'm sorry if my report may hurt your business but I am just being honest about my experience and felt it was important to give folks a heads up.
