I evicted Sabrina Louise Grissom aka Sabrina Lilly Grissom for unpaid rent many years ago and here is an example of the correspondence she's continued to harras me with:

 "In 2004 I rented a condo from you and paid you a 250 security deposit. I filed bankruptcy in 2005 and your judgment was listed on the bankruptcy.

You are in bankruptcy violation of the bankruptcy act concerning the removal of this debt due to filing bankruptcy.

The total amount due is 250 security deposit and 750 in interest accrued from the year 2004. I will pursue this in court if it is not returned asap to me in the form of check or money order.

You are in severe violation and my rights concerning this money is moving into the theft terrritory as not being returned. Therefore I suggest you pay the amount due asap or court procedures will follow.

If you have any information regarding Ms. Grissom's whereabouts please feel free to contact me. It is time I sue her for accrued damages plus harrassment and extortion. I have already contacted some of her former landlords. As soon as she stops paying rent she starts harrassing them through false accusations to the police, city officials (alleging the place is not suitable for rental) and to the IRS (alleging landlords don't report rental income). Even after eviction, she goes on to engaging in public defamation of her victims through websites that don't screen for credibility (such as this one)

I rented from Roxana Valencia and she stole my credit card out of the mail. Then she charged up bills in excess of 12000....i moved thank god and took her to court

if not for her ex husband bailing her out of trouble again she would have been in jail for a felony of credit card fraud....however her attorney bumped it down to interferring with personal property of another.

In my opinion this women needs to be locked away so she does not steal anymore credit cards or information to attempt to get credit cards.

The credit card she stole from me she ordered with my personal ss number and information i never gave her.

Her ex husband paid my cc bill and i closed the account and moved out. Her children are nasty too. and she lives nasty lets the dogs eat off the table with the kids. Its the most disgusting place i have ever seen..

THis is just another example of the harassment i have gone through with this lady. Her ex husband called me up to see if i could help him try to get the kids away from her and report her bad parenting and outlandish parties. I called the kids lawyer and told them about the abandonment and the horrendous behavior of mrs. lamas and her guest.

BUt her dafamatory comments and slander are just another lawsuit i will have to pursue on her to regain my damages lost due to her problems.

The fact aht she would post my ss number and make up a bunch of informatioon that is not true is beyond me. I guess people can't take the truth being put out there so they make up lies to cover it up and switch blame. This is a bullying tactic and it will not be allowed. I have contacted this company and will seek lawsuit for privacy etc.

When Sabrina got evicted by Sue Eggleston (540)598-8207 for unpaid rent and destruction of property, she told me she was going to school and helping her landlord sell her home, so I felt sorry for her and helped her rent a room from my sister, Ms. Valencia, who was raising her 2 children by a dead beat father on her own. An expert con-artist Sabrins posed as a full time student w/2 jobs and made up lies from the start to move in right away without a deposit. She fabricated lies every week that ranged from not having been paid at work and having a block on her credit card, to ATM's without money to dispense and cancer disease. She kept 2 dogs in her room which she let urinate and defecate on her carpet 24/7 and did not clean any part of her occupied portion throughout her stay. Her behavior during the entire time was highly psychotic and extremely aggressive and went as far as blatantly abusing my sister, her family and all of their neighbors verbally and physically. After finally, being evicted by a Court of Law, Sabrina entered the property one night to leave thousands of dollars in damages to the home that included cutting up wire connections, broken windows, clogged toilets, graffitti and vandalism, as well as scrapes and dents to my sister's vehicle.
