I received an email for this Attorney Roy Wilson, stating that I took out a loan in 8/12 and have since been ignoring all efforts to pay off this alledged loan. I replied that I would need to know the organization that I borrowed money from and if I do indeed owe this money, can will split the payment is 4 equal parts. His followup email is below.
