Royal Administration Servics & Lyndon Property Insurance Company ,Protective Life Group Lyndon Property Insurance BEWARE OF THIS GROUP! Wheat Ridgle, Colorado

I purchased this warranty from the dealership I bought my car from April 7th, 2008. They gladly accepted my premium of $1944 for 36 months or 36,000 miles.  My sunroof would not close.  I brought it to my mechanic and my car has been held hostage by this group for almost a month.  My mechanic contacted the warranty company and was told to "partially breakdown" the sunroof so the inspector could inspect it.  My mechanic did that but that wasn't good enough and the inspector left as my mechanic wasn't there.  I called and complained and they "expedited" another inspector to my mechanic that advised him to completely breakdown the sunroof, which my mechanic did. The inspector took numerous pictures, appeared knowledgable, etc. and my mechanic called the company the next day to obtain a status.  He spoke to a "Larry" that first said they needed more information and my mechanic said, "no the inspector had been out there twice and had all the information".  Then Larry said they needed to know what caused the failure.  Hello, how the heck does anyone know what causes a failure. I explained to the Warranty Company on the phone exactly what happened. I was at church, tried to close my sunroof and it wouldn't.  My mechanic told Larry the same thing.  Then Larry states he has to get with his Supervisor and he would call my mechanic back in 2 hours.  Needless to say that didn't happen. When my husband called and spoke to Larry he said he didn't say that.  I have used this mechanic faithfully for 5 years with absolutely no issues. My mechanic advised me he does warranty work all the time and has never had a situation where it took more than 3 days to get an approval. This is first time he has dealty with the RIP OFF COMPANY! 

THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS, TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOESN'T LIVE UP TO THEIR CONTRACT. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE, THE BBB & AN ATTORNEY. THIS COMPANY CHANGES ITS NAME AND CONTINUES TO RIP OFF PEOPLE!
