I purchased a vehicle from RPM Lenders in Inglewood on ebay. This vehicle showed up with a concealed hole in the engine block that had been glued with blue epoxy. I filed a complaint regarding the hole in the engine. RPM Lenders then tried to claim I had not even paid for the vehicle. I submitted proof of payment via wire transfer to them.

In addition to this, RPM Lenders has not provided me with a title or the other necessary paperwork for the vehicle.

In my opinion, if you want to get ripped off, lied to, have your money stolen, or generally be defrauded, go see Manny at RPM Lenders in Inglewood. This is the experience I have had with him. This has been ongoing for months now.
