i contacted rps to see if they would collect on a judgement for me. after not hearing from them in a month, i hired another company. now rps is bugging me claiming i assaigned them. i did not. only inquired. anthony padilla was rude & surly. he told me i may not collect with 2 agencies going after collecting, yet they will still continue to do so.
