Got scammed by RPS and Anthony Pellino posing to be an attorney with them. Our company turned over clients that they collected on and we were never paid. We also sent over $600 for a good faith payment on fees to send a client to litigation. I have the letter from him to prove it. They flat out stole our company's money and closed their doors. I have read unconfirmed reports that they are now open under the new name of HF Holdings, but they have taken William Ficka's name off of their entity. Is there a class action against them yet??
