i would like to report that joe has screwed me again with his usual games he tells me that he will pay me in 3 installments he is now 30 days over his second install ment and when he finally decides to contact me he tells me his usual storyies that he needs to collect etc etc now he is saying that his wife just had a baby more and more excuess i recomened that no one ever use this company i have photos to and signed documents from city officials and workers of all the bad work that was done he can't even pay me the money we settled on

Please find my company is a victims of these scammers as well. We offer professional specialty cleaning services and did a job for Joe and RRS last year and never got paid. It is now going thru the court procedure - for anyone else contemplating court action with this firm - good luck! I now have a judgement against them but will be shocked to actually see any money from them. My advise to anyone thinking about using RRS - don't, for any firm doing work for them - I hope you like working for free! And Joe, lets be honest, the work we did for you was of excellent quality (still getting referals from the end customer), fairly priced and we even cleaned up after ourselves- and you didn't pay us. We did however get the "joe treatment" - broken computer, new secretary, out of cheques, etc, etc.

i once had a teacher that told me a picture is worth a 1000 words i have pictures of every step of the project and video to prove everything even when joes employes tell my family to their face they are building a cheap house also i have spoken with joe employes and everyone that ever step foot into the house and have confirmed everything i said and are all willing to sign documents that joe did a horrible job and also i can show any one that wants to see the signed and certified cheques that i paid joe and there is no 90 percent left over to be paid joe never had any intention of finishing this project or bring the materials a perfect example i had joe order my doors 3 months in to the project and to this day they never showed up i have never heard of any one take over 1 year to order doors i can go on and on with a broken shower head that was never fixed i can go on and on with the list but if any one wants to see any video or pictures of the project or process to show the horrible work that was done please feel free to contact me i have nothing to hide

I am Joe from RRS Contracting & Construction.
I did have a project for Jonathon and his wife located at Palmerston Ave.
We did have issues resulting in this project due to the length of time and how busy we are year round.
Some clients are very difficult to deal with and this is definetly my worst.
Issues always arise on projects, but fighting with your contractor on every single issue when items are clearly stated in the 15 page contract is a nuisance.
Nontheless, to make this short and sweet, I have completed paperwork and accounting and finalizing settlement papers for the final 90 percent of the project.
I too have several engineers reports and at the end of the day neither wishes to go to court and settleing this with Jonathons father.
I have not dealt with Jonathon on any part of this project for several months now, but somehow he feels he should be the one stating items I am pretty sure he doesnt know much about!
I have been in constant contact with his father up until now and will continue to do so.
You may hear a reply or a follow up on this site shortly, however, I strongly doubt neither one of us wish to get into a " you did this or you did this" dispute on a website involving ourselves or our business's.
