Russ Dalbey was very misleading in the advetising of his product. Buying his three books was all they said you needed to get started. After studying the books enough, we realized it was imposible to start with the books alone. First lie.

For an extra charge, we could take a course, the "Protege", which would take us step by step, and help us succeed, plus it would cover the starting advertising costs. When we started the course, we realized it just got more complicated and more expensive then what they said. Plus they told us after that all advertising was on us, which meant even more money. Second lie.

When we confronted them about the extra costs and the fact they weren't helping us with the advertising, they told us they never said that, and when I asked for a copy of the phone conversation I had with the person who sold me the course(Cameron Gory), they told us they had already erased it, and refused to even discuss a refund.

Finally, through someone on this site also complaining about Russ Dalbey, we got the email address of the person who handles refunds(Aric Allen). When I wrote to him asking for them to stop sending us the course and refund us our money, he wrote me back and told us in a very rude manner that refunds were not an option. I wrote him back again and have never heard from him again. My wife and I never signed anything saying refunds were not allowed.

What it comes down to, is they tell you how easy and cheap this program, but once you get into it, you realize it's not easy at all, and that for every little step you take, more money is needed. They are completly misleading and dishonest.
