Artist: Ryan Ready Employed by: Unemployed Managed by: Natalie Ready via contacts within 7th Planet Entertainment Group and/or Born Ready Entertainment

Manager: Natalie Ready Employed by: Unemployed

Texas country singer/songwriter Ryan Ready currently owes former bass player Aaron Decker and former drummer Jason Hull approximately $360.00, based on verifiable documentation. This does not include various 20% "booking fees" removed from nightly payments and paid to his wife, aka "manager" Natalie Ready. Any amount paid to her prior to 12/1/2011 was paid without consent or knowledge of band members. Earnings per show were defined via email and no exclusions noted.

Beggining 12/01/2011 after notification from Ryan Ready, not the to-be "manager", it was instructed that each band member would receive 20% less per show played to pay Natalie Ready for booking and managing. There was no contractual agreement, only email notification (shown below). This was mostly attributed to her connection with the management "company" 7th Planet Entertainment, according to Ryan Ready. No contact by the company to any band member is documented.

" From: Ryan Ready Date: December 1, 2011 17:31:29 CST To: Jason Hull , Aaron Decker , Tyler Hollar Subject: IMPORTANT STUFF!

Hey guys,

As you know Natalie has partnered with 7th Planet Entertainment Group, and is now able to book us for more money and in bigger and better venues. With that said we will now be incurring a 20% fee on all shows from here on out. 10% for booking and 10% for management. She has laid the ground work and got it this far, however I will no longer allow her to work for free anymore. She is a legitimate business woman now and is going to be able to do more for us. As you know practice was cancelled so please make sure and practice at home. We will work on these songs during the sound check tomorrow. Since practice was cancelled again I would like to rehearse on Sunday at Rockin Rehearsal. Please try and make this work with your schedules and let me know. We have already had plenty enough cancels.

Because of discrepancies in pay from a show at the Basement Bar on 11/28/2011, the question of accuracy came into play. Upon further questioning Ryan Ready informed band members that they were docked the 20% to be paid to Natalie Ready, without notification. There was also no notification from Natalie Ready to any band member regarding the show until asked-2 days before the show had been scheduled. So clearly the question is what and why the 20% was even warranted at this point.

Dating further back, early October, each band member paid $100 to invest in printing of merchandise to be sold. Information for return on the investment, based on profit margin, was provided verbally. An updated that had to be requested multiple times was emailed 11-14-2011. These amounts owed have been promised to be paid multiple times, but are still owed.

After bringing to light the question of management fees without the presence of any sort of professional management, pay discrepancies and lack of payment for merch drummer Jason Hull informed Ryan Ready that he was terminating any connection with the band and requested payments owed. Ryan launched into non-factual arguments and personal attacks then stated (verifiable) that he would "tell people he quit" to negate paying Jason Hull.

The practices of this married couple are continually insisted upon as being professional and Christian like, while they are both unemployed and "skimming" off the already barely worthwhile amounts the band members earn for their time. The FACT remains, there is an enormous lack of professionalism, integrity and character where both of these individuals are concerned.

Misleading Information with No Substantial Proof

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United States of America)

Ryan Ready employed by: Born Ready Entertainment (Natalie Ready)

Jason Hull: (817)734-2523
Aaron Decker: (214)-310-3659

This report is a FALSE claim that was certainly not written out by a professional in the legal industry. The emails that are included in this report have been altered for the benefit of the claimer. These are personal emails that should not have been disclosed for public view. All former members of the band agreed to a non-disclosure of any personal information directly regarding the band politics.
The individual's who filed this report are JASON HULL and AARON DECKER. They are releasing private business information to the general public at which they had no permission to do so. They also altered the information to try and backup their claims about RYAN READY and NATALIE READY. This report is currently under a full investigation by Mr. Ready's attorney at law and will receive full attention in order to be removed. Jason Hull and Aaron Decker are both under investigation for defamation of character, by making false claims against Ryan and Natalie Ready.

Jason Hull and Aaron Decker were hired by Ryan Ready. Upon employment there was a verbal agreement that all band information stay confidential to only its members. Jason Hull (drummer), Aaron Decker (bass) and Tyler Hollar (guitar) also had a verbal agreement with Ryan Ready to invest only $100.00 cash into the merchandise fund at which they would receive a return investment. The merchandise was ordered and was being sold at the performances under the name "Ryan Ready." It was also agreed upon that the full investment would be returned along with each members profits after the last and final piece of merchandise was sold. The problems started when the unprofessionalism of musician Jason Hull began to show up late to the live music performance dates causing Mr. Ready to miss sound check numerous times.

One particular situation was at ROCKIN RODEO in DENTON TX. Mr. Ready confronted Mr. Hull about his tardiness and asked to Jason to correct the situation. Jason Hull failed to correct the issue and also brought upon more issues by having confrontations with his spouse at the bars/venue's before and after the band performances. One particular situation occurred at THE TEXAS BULL in GAINESVILLE TX. This directly affected the reputation of Ryan Ready and his business. Mr. Ready had no other choice but to inform Jason Hull that he was FIRED from the band thus loosing any and all assets that he had in the interest of the band. He had caused Mr. Ready and his business time, money and his reputation with a club owner due to Jason's lack of good judgment and maturity. Jason agreed over the phone that he wanted no more part in the band and was fine without receiving his investments (this all agreed verbally over a phone call and text messages.) However Mr. Hull was not yet done with causing more issues for Ryan Ready. Jason then continued to destroy Ryan's reputation by calling a venue that Ryan Ready was set to play that following weekend and canceled the show without permission by Natalie Ready of Born Ready Entertainment (ryan ready's booking agent). This caused Mr. Ready to loose $450.00 which was set to be his compensation for the night and Natalie Ready to loose $50.00 which was her fee for booking the show. Following the removal of Jason from the band Aaron Decker quit the band as well stating that he wanted nothing further to do with the band and informed Mr. Ready to just keep his investment. Mr. Ready had every full intention of returning the investment and profits to both to Jason Hull and Aaron Decker up until the incidents where Jason Hull caused Ryan and Natalie Ready to loose together $500.00 and Aaron Decker quitting without a proper notice. Remaining member of the band Tyler Hollar received his full investment and profits after the final piece of merchandise was sold. He would gladly give his statement if proof of this was needed.
