The landlords are Marc and larry , I had issues living in the building and I made several complaints and was never helped. I complained for over a year with the same issue and the labndlords ignored all of them. I was given every excuse under the sun from both Marc and larry. I think there both Jewish slumloards all they care about is money. There property's are xx 4th street in Mount Vernon and xx Franklin avenue. I was so frustrated with these landlords that I was going to start court proceedings and take legal action. The buildings are also no kept clean and are not swept everyday. The mailbox area is broken so anyone can remove others residences mail very easily, there is also no front lock on the door so random people can enter the property which is very unsafe for residences. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
