i met these people thru a friend who was helping me to get a life insurance policy. bill wanted me to start thinking of my retirement and what i was going to do with that money. he did get me a life insurance policy that was going to give me a 8% investment. after that he pull out $70,000 from that policy to invest in properties in atlanta, georgia because "that was where the money was at". because of the large money pulled out from the insurance policy and his failure to pay back the policy in a timely fashion i ended up losing the policy. there was always excuses as to why he had not payed the policy. i retired and gave him my whole retirement along with my 401k plus an additional $50,000 leftover from the policy. he wrote up promissory notes for the amounts and never warmed me to keep a reserve. he started paying me then things started to get fishy. 2-3 times he would give me only half of what i was supposed to get. i started asking him for some clarity as to what was going on. i demanded to see the property liens that where purchased with my money. well then he got highly offended because how dare i ask him exactly what was going on. he stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. when i told him i would be seeking legal counsel he informed me that he would NOT be talking to me anymore. at this point he owes me $10,500 just in monies for me to live on. just recently i send him emails about not having money to pay my bills, my mortgage or anything and he emailed me me stating there is no money!!!my monies to him were close to $400,000 plus i owe the irs about $95,000 that he promised to pay since i did not take taxes out on my retirement based on his advise that he would pay them.

It's A Shame

First of all I think it's a shame that someone can go on a website like this and write inaccuracies, slander a person's reputation such as this person did and have NO backing to what they are saying.
The erroneousness of her report and her omissions are too many to list and I would have to have my attorney write it anyway to make sure I would not be slanderous, accusing in any way or give any inaccurate information.
This rebuttal is to defend our personal reputation and as a company which has done business for years helping many people work towards their goals in life, working with what they have to work with.
The bottom line is we, as well as countless others, have felt and continue to feel the effects of our struggling economy in a very real way. Unfortunately, there are things past, present and future which we have no control of. One thing for sure is we will continue working with integrity and honesty, doing what we can at the moment and never forgetting our commitments.
