I rented a car from Saban's on February 28, 2007. When I returned the car, on time, on March 3, 2007 they refused to give me my deposit back. He would not explain why,except he did say that other than the $310 deposit I gave them I did not pay for the car at the time I picked it up. I did pay for the car already. He started yelling at me and when I asked him to please explain he yelled in front of my 3 small children saying that I must have been smoking crack cocaine. He than said "FU" to me and ordered me out of the office. Two men came in and ordered me out. He than locked the door. I called the police on my cell phone but they said there was nothing they could do. I want my deposit back. He upset me greatly, and my children too.
