You had better do some investigations as to who your alleged merchants are as your service is being used by them to steal money from people.

Carl, you MUST FILE A FRAUD report with your card so an investigation can be done. These people have no problem refunding the money if caught by an unknowing consumer to keep any authorities off their tails so the scam can continue.
