My printer stopped printing and this company said it was a driver problem. So I paid the $19.97 and they scanned my pc and came up with issues. (of course) But for $147.00 more they could fix everything along with my printer. I explained that I am on diability and can't afford this service. Then suddenly I could have it for $99.99. Of course by this time they've convinced me that my PC is on the verge of crashing, so I paid the money along with the promise of having a faster, better PC and a printer that would print again.

Over the next two days and many hours, three different techs took controll of my Pc. They did a whole lot of nothing as far as I can tell. They took things away and put them back. They left my Kaspersky turned off and my printer still will not print. I am out $119.96 and my Pc is no better off.
