Safecart Techheal safecart Scammed me into thinking they are a computer repair company that they could fix all viruses and make my computer just like new again said I had been hacked and they could fix it USA & Canada- UK-Europe Nationwide

I had been having problems on my computer so I went on the inter-net to find a repair company or someone to talk to about my problem. I choose Safecart Techheal. As we went back and forth on internet they asked if I would give them permission to have a look at my computer to see if they could determine what my problems were.

They replied that I had several bad viruses that could totally fry my computer and that it showed I had 3 computers hooked up and I only have one. They said that two were from foreign countries and that they had access to all of my information.

They offered for $399.99 to completely clean my computer make it 100% virus free and for another $149.99 I could have access to their technicians with any computer problems and they would fix them immediately and that I would not have to be concerned about my safety on the computer again.

I talked to my granddaughter and she said she would check out the company for me. I am 72 years old and not the most computer literate person so I told her to go ahead. She did and called me back and told me it is a scam and to call my Visa company to report the fraud and have the charges taken off if they had already been charged or close my account if they had not.

I called Visa left my complaint and they said they would check into it for me as the charges had not been paid yet. Visa is now asking me to prove they are fraudlent .

I think I may be in the process of being ripped off twice.

Safe Cart is just Fine

I used SafeCart yesterday to get me connected to Technicians...They fixed all my problems with my computer and spent close to 24 full hours doing so.  If you have a problem with what was done for you,, please call 866-740-0390.  That will take you directly to guys in India who are marvellously knowledgeable about your computer.

I'm not getting paid to say this.  In fact, I paid them to fix my compputer.
