I have ordered a Sony Mp3 Player on this store and Promised me that the Player I bought would have a 1 year warranty. However, after a month my Mp3 stopped working and I have no idea what happened because I only used it at least 1 hour per day. I have called customer service but never get in touched with them. Only an Electronic Operator gets my call and I never received any call back from them. Basically the warranty that they have promised is not true at all. If it may be true, Customer Hotline is an epic fail andI will not purchase any product from them.
