Safe National of America Product not Brand New Saint Petersburg, Florida

I have read about all the other complaints here and realized that my situation wasn’t an isolated one. This store really needs to learn how to manage their customers! I too was victim of misinformation; I ordered from Safe National of America what they led to believe a brand new product. It costs a little less from other stores so I decided to buy their only to know a week after that the product was a refurbished one. It just stopped working so I had I checked with a friend who was an engineer and he told me that the product was not brand new that’s why it stopped working! I clearly recall that the clerk said it was brand new! Why are they fibbing their customers??! What are they trying to do, selling refurbished products but telling their customers that they are brand new? That’s no less than fooling us. Regardless I returned the electronic, thankfully they gave my money back after a few arguments. But I’m never buying from there again!
