I contacted Safe Reputations because like many people, I made a mistake; and while I remedied this mistake through the court system and paid my dues, the internet will not allow the mistake to be forgotten; google me today and instead of the positive things I've done in my life you find only the negative things.

Safe Reputations, aka Reputation Sentry, seemed to be able to help restore my positive reputation. Heck, Safe Reputations guaranteed to remove the negative information or push down the negative information so when you google my name the bad information won't show on the first page. And Safe Reputations promised a money-back guarantee!

Safe Reputations promised they can push the bad information to anywhere between the 2nd page and 5th page of google; they promised to contact the courts, the websites, the webmasters, the government and the people that were writing bad information about me. They literally promised me anything so I would hand over my credit card. I guess this should have been a red flag, their promises, but I wanted this bad information behind me so badly and they kept reminding me about the money-back guarantee so I figured it was worth taking a chance.

As you might imagine, Safe Reputations, aka Reputation Sentry, fell flat on their promises. Safe Reputations did absolutely nothing for me. Well, that's not fair; they wrote a couple flattering articles for me and they were so poorly written, clearly written by someone from India, that I had to correct them myself. They also opened a couple websites in my name to post these flattering articles to. But did Safe Reputations contact webmasters? Or did Safe Reputations use their "team of lawyers"? Nope.

In fact, Safe Reputations, aka Reputation Sentry, did not help my reputation. Instead, the negative information is now higher on google than it was previously. When I try to contact Safe Reputations it takes many days and and every time I talk to someone it is a new person. Safe Reputations always insists on talking with me at strange hours and there is always a bad phone connection. Safe Reputations uses a fake address and is clearly not in the US, I think they're in Russia or something.

At this point you're probably wondering about Safe Reputation's Money Back Guarantee? Well, after many phone calls they have thus far refused. At one point I thought they were going to but they said in order to refund me they will pull down all information they wrote--very little in fact--and keep my passwords until the domains expire. Basically, Safe Reputations is holding hostage they very content I paid them to create! Uggh! And I did contact my CC company and was told too much time had elapsed since purchase so they could do nothing! I think this is a trick Safe Reputation's uses ... they delay, delay, delay until the time I can process a credit card charge-back has expired.

Now, today, here I am. I researched this company extensively and found Safe Reputations is the same as Reputation Sentry.

Do not use Safe Reputations or Reputation Sentry. They will promise you the world and do absolutely nothing!!
