I CALLED SAFEAUTO 12/20/17 TO GET A REFERRAL TO REPLACE MY CRACK WINDSHEILD. THEY ASSIGN ME AN ADJUSTER NAME ANDREW SAMUEL. HE STARTED ASKING ME QUESTIONS AS IF I WAS IN AN CAR ACCIDENT. I KEPT TELLING HIM I WAS NOT IN AN ACCIDENT ALL I NEED IS A REFERRAL FOR MY WINDSHEILD REPLACEMENT. HE TOTALLY IGNORED ME AND KEPT ASKING THE STUPID QUESTIONS. ANDREW WILL NOT LISTEN TO ME AT ALL I SWEAR HE IS THE DUMBEST ADJUSTER EVERRRR!!!! HE MADE ME SO MAD I WANT TO SLAP HIM. SINCE THIS DUMB GUY DIDN'T LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID ABOUT MY WINDSHIELD NOW I HAVE A AUTO ACCIDENT CLAIM ON MY DRIVING RECORD. I SHOULD SUE SAFEAUTO FOR WHAT THIS DUMB A** ADJUSTER DID. I'M CANCELLING MY POLICY IMMEDIATELY!!! ALL CUSTOMER PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT BUY A POLICY OR ANY POLICY WITH SAFEAUTO THEY WILL SCREW YOU LITERALLY.
