Needles to say the heater did not work but was over the 1 year warranty but 
LUCKLY I had purchased the 3 year extended replacement warranty and the heater
was well under the 3 year term so I felt  SAFERWHOLESALE would have no problem
replacing my heater under warranty .  This is not the way SAFERWHOLESALE feels
about the term '3 YEAR EXTENDED  REPLACEMENT WARRANTY'.  They feel this means
they send you the REPAIR PARTS for your electrical unit and tell you to fix the
product yourself.  If you purchase the warranty from SAFERWHOLESALE you become a
SAFERWHOLESALE TWO TIME LOSER instead of just a LOSER for dealing with
SAFERWHOLESALE in the first place.  I hope this information  saves someone else
from becoming  another TWO TIME LOSER and more important avoid doing business
with SAFERWHOLESALE and not  becoming another  SAFERWHOLESALE LOSER.
