I ordered a 90 day supply of Phentermine on April 11, 2006. I was emailed the next day saying that the supply was low and would not be available for 7-10 days. It has been 3 weeks without any shipment. I have sent a comment to them in the comment field about when I can expect my order. I finally received an email back telling me to refer to the tracking order form. I assume this is a generalized email sent out.

I emailed them again demanding a response to my question and have not heard. My mother used her debit card for this order. My friend also ordered her prescription and has not received. She is currently researching with her credit card company.

I will do anything I need to do to get that money back or my shipment. If anyone has any information, I am more than willing to listen.

I just experienced the same problem you did with the same company. I have provided an update to my complaint which I just submitted on Rip-Off Report.com under Pharmacy complaints. Please see my update; it has good information that offers hope of a refund or actual delivery of product.

After processing my report with rip-off, to my surprise, I received an email confirming shipment of my package. I am not sure what prompted them to follow through with delivery. I will be skeptical about the product that I ordered and will NEVER order from Goldendrugs.com/safetrustprocessing again.
