Safeway - Safeway - San Francisco Stores Racial Profiling and Harrassment San Francisco California

For the last ten years I have been a victim of racial profiling at almost every Safeway store I enter in San Francisco.

While as a younger man until the age 53 I could endure this stressful racism without physical complication, today as a man over 55 the stressful racism is literally killing the same as stabbing me with a knife.

With many of the stressful incident I endure at a Safeway store in San Francisco I feel a shortness of breath and a pain in my chest.

I have documented many cases of the incident I endured.

While my case started as an incident of shopping while black(SWB), it has now turned into an incidents of retaliation and harrassment because I stand up for my rights as a human being.

The plain clothes security guards and security guards harrass me not because they fear I will steal, (I have been shopping at the Safeway stores for over 20 years), but because they are acting out of revenge for reporting their actions to management on their websites.

While the racism I endure from Security Guards, Clerks and Management at the retail wounds of soul, the racism I endure from upper level at makes me lose faith in the American system of a justice and let me know that as a poor black American that I am in many ways a slave because I am not entitled to the same civil and moral rights of other citizens.

I emailed to Safeway a letter court case in Oregon where a black female was awarded over $400,000 for a false arrest at Food Store in Safeway.

I experience the same humiliation.

In my opinion what makes the management of Safeway almost the same as the n**i who exterminated millions of Jews in World War 2 is that they can justify the actions of the plainclothes security guards, the clerks and store managers.

Never once have I seen or heard any statements from Safeway management quoting that they donot support racial profiling or punishing only because the color of their skin.

Instead of hiding behind my threat to take them to court, Safeway should of took a stand that they are not racist and donot practice racial profiling, but in my opinion, because I am a poor black (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))), (a man with black skin and no money), they choose to say nothing.

Abraham Lincoln may have liberated our race in laws, but racism and social injustice still endures in America.

Thou many people with dark skin has seen the American dream, to many people with dark skin still have to endure racism every day and their is far to many who justify it because of an English Language and Christian Religions that describes the darkness as bad and evil.

And all types racial profiling is more than petty annoyance that wastes a black man time, it is a weapon of stress that kills as surely as a knife, sucking the life out of human beings in ways eyes cannot see and destroying hope.
