I was out of town in early May 2014 I attempted to access my Roadrunner web mail. An on screen message told me my access was denied and I needed to contact the phone number on the screen, I did thinking all along it was some type of Time Warner suppport.

Throughout the phone conversation I had with the representative he was in conrol of my computer and showed me the website and sold me that my computer was compromised and my home network was also. I agreed to purchase a remote cleaning for my laptop while I was on the trip and I would contact him when I returned home for further work on my home system. The agreed upon price was $99 and the additional work would be billed later. I was pleased with the work he did on my laptop however when I returned home a few days later I found my credit card charged for $399 and depite weekly calls and emails cannot reach this company.
