I ordered a purse from the Sahalie company in August of 2012. Embarrassingly, I (finally) noticed in November of 2013 that they had been charging me $15 monthly charge since August 2012, for what?! After I placed an angry phone call, I was told that I signed up for their "Sahalie VIP Program", and I assure you, I did not. I am one that reads the policy blurbs that most companies tell you to "agree" to before placing the order, and I would never have agreed to such an obvious ripoff. They would not provide any evidence that I agreed to such a thing and they used my credit card to without authorization.
They ONLY reimbursed me for 14 months, as per their policy. I had no other recourse in getting any of my other money back. THEN I notice that they are STILL CHARGING ME this monthly fee as of November and December of 2013!
I have reported them to the Oregon Attorney General's office. If anyone has an information that can help me, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thank you.
