When I called the number on the TV it was difficult to understand what I was ordering because the recording went on for more than 15 minutes with a ridiculous amount of additional offers. It was difficult to understand what my final order was.

Received small UPS package and found ordered products enclosed. The H/P was 21.99 for the (2) sets I had ordered! Almost as much as the order itself!

I will call them and try to get through and if they adjust the shipping I will cancel my report.

I would like to know if and when someone manages to get though to Ontel Products-Salon Express and gets a refund. They have to be stopped from stealing money from people!! I just cannot get to speak to any representative of theirs and it is very frustrating!
