Salon Express - Ontel Products Screwed my daughter and everyone who orders product out of money! Internet, Internet

My 12 year old daughter saw a commercial for Salon Express nails on the TV and wanted it really bad.  I, of course had to order it because she was underage.  Salon Express said it was only $10.00 for the kit - no other expenses. 

Well, I called and after I ordered I was offered several things that would be trial offers.  I was on the phone for 20 MINUTES!!!  Declining (not responding when the person told me to just press such and such).  I declined everything.  Then finally, at the end of the 20 minutes I was told I would be charged $6.99 for shipping (for 3-6 weeks delivery).  If I wanted it in 3-5 days I would be charged an additional $6.99.  I said I could wait because my $10.00 was now $16.99.  Anyway after declining at least seven times, I was asked again to try their free 30 day trial and pay only another fee monthly for the service.

I finally hung up not even knowing if I was going to get the kit after declining so many times.  Well, I just received my daughter's ($10.00) kit for $30.97!!!!  To my amazement (NOT) I could not get in contact with any sales person to speak about the situation.  DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!  One of the Biggest rip-offs ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
