I was on the Website for IBIDSAFELY, went to the Contact us button, then someone named Robert Bell contacted me an said the Vehicle could be Bought out right from the Insurance Company, so we agreed on the price I offered him for it, $22.500 ,he worked for SalvageWorld Auctions and had me Sign electronic signature. I then had been in Contact thru Text Messaging with him thru out, but he Never would give me a Bill of Sale, or the Location of said Vehicle , I asked several times @ the Title but still Nothing, Ive Contacted the Miami Police Dept, and tomarrow their Fraud Dept, also the BBB and filed a Complaint. #1 Consumer Suggestion
Unlicensed Auctions
AUTHOR: AnAuctioneer - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, February 08, 2018
I checked their website and saw something I expected to see: they are online only Auctions. This means you have been scammed because they do not have an auctioneers license. Florida requires auctioneers to be licensed. Vehicle auctioneers must have a separate license.
Ebay controls Washington DC has far as online auctions go and they make sure online auctions are not required to have an auctioneer or firm/gallery license. This means the public is not protected by any laws whatsoever.
The amount of money you paid is very high and you can file a local criminal complaint against them for Grand Larceny. You may also be able to file a complaint at the Federal Level.
Contact your bank and notify them you have been a victim of bank fraud. They will help you.
