This steroid injected halfwit is probably the worst criminal defense attorney in New York City. He looks like he hasnt eaten in a month and his suits are cheap and tacky.
His knowledge of criminal defense law is virtually zero and the Judge handed him his a*s on my brothers case even though it was an easy DUI case with no breathalyzer test.
In fact my brother doesnt even drink as hes Muslim so how the f*ck did he convicted of a DUI? Salvatore Paszynsky Attorney at Law, thats why.
I paid this son of a b*tch $25,000 and this idiot didnt show up for court 3 times because I was a couple of hours late with my last payment of $800, and the Judge ordered my 18 year old kid brother to take a Plea Deal even though he wasnt even guilty which was 2 years in jail at Rikers Island!!!
Criminal Defense Lawyer Salvatore Paszynsky should be disbarred immediately (his law firm partner was disbarred a few years ago for stealing client money right from their partnership bank account - see http://www.courts.state.ny.us/courts/ad2/calendar/webcal/decisions/2009/D24400.pdf - I guess the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree). Avoid this unethical scumbag at all costs if you want to stay out of jail!!!

sal is a good lawyer , young smart and ready for action he got me off on a 25 to life stupid charge .. but needless to say it was a big deal and he did not even charge as much as this fake complaint of a d.u.i he is all around a good lawyer will fight hard for u and will be one of the most successfull lawyers in years to come thanks sal!

i was represented by sal in a dumb case ,but needless to say i was facing 25 to life n***a . no joke well any how , i was a little iffy about sal .just cause he is young and what you say about being jacked is true he puts arnold swachtzanaggar to shame lol but any way he got me off on probation . all around good guy .the court and any one in the criminal side dose not want to deal with him cause he will piss them off till he gets the job done . i was impressed with his knowledge and for me he was a success i think that this report about a d.u.i is just a hate thing because he did not even charge me that much and mine a little more important than a, d.w.i any way . thank you sal !

This "report" is a complete fabrication and a rather transparent attempt to blemish a good reputation.
If there were even an ounce of truth in anything you have written here I would encourage you to file an actual claim with the Disciplinary Committee of the First Department at 61 Broadway, telephone 212-401-0800.
However, since you have not done so (astonishing given the gravity of your allegations), and have chosen instead to write a completely fictitious story here, I will respond here. I have never handled the matter described and I do not charge anything near $25,000 for a drunk driving case.
