Sam Nieto Came to Honolulu about 2 years ago I guess was running from warrants and law suits in Idaho and Arizona. ( you can check on line to verify) Has sells him self as a contractor who specialize with Japanese clans, his wife last girlfriend is Japanese who owns a real estate company that gives him work . He is famous for being a smooth talker and getting companies to give him product on credit, did not paying.

He has purchased a service master franchise and a granite fabrication shop which he has default it on both and ohs hundreds of thousands of dollars in back rent. As well as multiple violations for not having insurance or paying his workers . As well as not paying workers comp and paying with bad checks. He has bought tens of thousands of dollars of granite and the stone from local shop but paid them with bad checks, Has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars of deposits from customers I want to lie to them telling him that the job will be done, wanted to find out later that nothing was purchased and he has taken all of their money .

He also claims to be owning a spa in Waikiki, had not paid rent for months then was evicted, now is counter suing the owners after not paying rent for months/years. Is being sued by his own lawyers for nonpayment. Has taken several customers money and not started/finish the job, then once he is sued he will always counter suit to waste her time and money . Completely default it on his granite business and left the owner with hundred thousand dollars of debt, but refused to return any of the equipment, including vehicles. ( Took our money for a deposit, and never heard back to him, when you went to a shop there is eviction notices on the door, when we called him to ask about it he said it was a lie and he was being framed ) We found out he was not a licensed contractor as he claims, using somebody else’s license that does not exist. Also has a fetish for young Japanese girls, he’s known be out at night trying to pick up Japanese girls.

He also has several sexual assaults pending for trial soon. The man is a compulsive liar, and will take customers money and promise every day that he will take care of it but at the end he just takes peoples money is in dreams. People need to be aware that he is a con man, and a smooth talker, as well as a convicted felon, and also is having immigration issues. I would not feel comfortable having a man who is on trial for rape, running a health spa, or coming into our house to do work. Besides having several TROs against him by various women, he’s also married to several different women in different states, he is quite the charmer.
