Samyah Milan Boutique bad customer service and sold me bad hair philadelphia Internet

This company has poor customer service. They sold me some bad suppose been brazilian hair that kept frizzing up and start to burn when i curled it using the wand curler. I was told that the hair that i brought called the savannah curl was bralzilian after i got home and put the hair in i later found out that it was really indian hair. I wash it three time and it still looked really dry and frizzy and kept poofing up. when i called to complain to the the hair man who sold me the hair after only having it for a 5 days he keep making excuses and told me that he could not give me my money back or a exchange. He told me to consult my hair dress. I went to the hair dresser and she told me that it was nothing that she could do to the hair he sold me some bad hair and that he should refund me my money or exchange it. I notified the hair man about what my hair dresser had stated to me and he just sent me some ideas and you tube tutorials about how to take care or of brazilian hair. I brought hair from this company before and didnt have a problem until now. I sent other customers to them and the people that i sent tothem complained to me about the pure customer service. I will never buy hair from them again and you can but at your own RISK. I wasted money that could of went towards a bill or some shoes. Companys like this should be exposed so that they cant rip off other people who cant afford to waste money or pure quailty of products.
