san bernadino county child support over payment of child support 11K loma linda California

I have paid my child support always, iin fact I have overpaid child support in the amount of almost 11K. Since 2006 I have been notifying California child support san bernadino that they were attaching my wages for well above the rdered amount.Let me add, at this time my ex wife was a child support agent, yeah they said she cant get into her ow file, but nothing is fool proof. I a a 100% disaled vetern and collect my military pension and SS.So we are ot talking anything hard to track. they attached for arrears when there werre none, they attached everything they could, thing is I am 3000 miles awaay in New Jersey, ill with MS and had a hard time understanding them. My motther became my legal guardian and fought the fight with me.

Bottom line after years of complaining, lost paperwork, incorrect numbers submitted on Income Statements, and audit was performed which showed the overpayment, problem being the child aged out of child supportJanuary 2017, so the overpaymentt cannot be apllied to future child support.

the ex wife still emmpoyed to some capacity in Sa Berndino County had the nerve to file saying I was in arrears, so now it sits in the hands of the courts until October 10, 2017.

who is responsible/ What responsibilty does child support have for the overpaymentt and for not listning for the last 10 ears, I have  binder full of contacts phone calls papers its just crazy.I know I will never see  the mohies from my ex., in fact when child support stopped she gave the kid the boot.

I trulely feel there is some sort of coluson going on here and everyone is covering everyone elses butt,

How do I begin to prove this Lawyers, I am leary of
