San Diego Slots! Deceptive Business Practice!!!! Internet

I took a Mills reproduction slot machine to John (owner) to his home office.

In my opinion John is very rude and extremely deceptive. The machine I brought to him was almost new and and had hardly been used and worked fine. After a while of sitting the machines three wheels stopped spinning. When I brought the machine to John I asked if he had an idea as to why the machines wheels did not move, he was very quick to give me sarcastic analogy of how he could no way determine a possible cause. I asked if he could give me an estimate and he stated  $1.00 to $1000
dollars!!! He said " he has no way of knowing until he takes a look at the machine". I asked him to please give me a call when he has has a chance to look at it and let me know what it would cost to fix. I reluctantly left my machine at 8:30am and came back at 10:30 am the same morning and he was tinkering with the machine and proceeded to tell me that as of right not I owed him $135 dollars!!! I asked if he knew what was wrong with it and he said he wasn't sure yet. I was floored!! I asked him to please put it back the way I left it and he had the audacity to tell me that he wasn't going do it!  What a nightmare this has been!!! I would highly recommend staying away from this person!!! He is extremely rude!!!
