Watch out!  I had used Sansone years back and found Mike Sansone to be fair and honest.  It appears that Chuck is now running the place and it has turned into an extreme ripoff place.  I went in to get an engine light read and was quoted repairs of almost $2,000.  About $1,200 in emission control repair and $600 for a new radiator.  I just didn't

trust this Chuck guy so I picked up my car without repair.  Since the engine light was now off I took it for a smog check.  Passed.  And the leaking radiator?  It didn't leak before I took it in and then after tightening all the lines it didn't leak after.  Very suspicious.  Too bad!  I wonder if Mike Sansone knows what Chuck is up too?

Im very sorry for your experience with us and that you felt you could not call our shop and talk to us about your concerns. It is very important to us that we are able to communicate with our customers whether it's good or whether it's bad, this way it gives us a chance to address the situation and rectify it or at least talk about it.

Lets face it. The automotive industry has taken some pretty hard hits due to some unethical shops, so we understand why consumers are skeptical. However we have worked very hard at achieving and maintaining our excellent reputation in town and can assure you that no one was trying to rip you off.
 
So Mike, again we are very sorry that you walked away with that impression about us but honestly a phone call rather than writing about us all over the internet would have been a fair and much appreciated way of dealing with the problem.
