Santa Fe Auto Service, Sant Fe Auto Svc, Hugo Silva, Hu, Junior, Jr. Van and truck repair that he never performed and I paid for. Salt Lake City Utah

Hugo Silva (likes to be called Junior) is the mechanic that owns this business.

He had my van for 7 weeks never worked on it, kept lying that he was working on it and was almost done, I finally had to have it towed to a shop that fixed it in a day. This is my business van, he knew that, I needed it every day to work, without it I couldn't work and he knew that too.

At the same time that I took my van there I took a friend's truck to have the alternator replaced, I gave him $130 so that he can pick up a new alternator and he said that he would replace it the next day, he took the old alternator out, never replaced it, would not answer my calls or texts and never gave me my money back. I had to purchase another alternator and had the truck towed to another shop where they installed the alternator for me in 15 minutes. 

I don't think that he knows what he is doing, I don't think he is a mechanic at all!!

He abandoned my van and the truck in the parking of his old shop in Magna, I then found out
that he was evicted from that shop by the location manager due to not paying his rent,
Manager's name Jason (((redacted))) he had no choice but to evict him after 4 months of not
paying the rent. At the begining he kept telling me that he was out getting parts that's why he was not at the shop, when in fact he was locked out of the shop by the building manager.

He owes money to 3 tow truck drivers that I know of and haven't paid them:
Car Care Towing (((redacted))) Hugo owes them $450 (as of 04-06-2015)
Fernando (((redacted))), tow truck driver, unknown how much Hugo owes him.
Ramon (((redacted))) - tow truck driver, unknown how much money Hugo owes him.

BEWARE: As of 04-06-2015 This individual was not licensed to do business nor did he
have a business liability insurance to work on your vehicle !!!!!!

In the process of my investigating I met 3 other people that he ripped off: Gary who gave him some money towards the end of last year to fix one of his vehicles, he never did the work and he never gave Gary his money back. Carlos, who did some work for him at the shop but never got paid. Pancho, who gave him an SUV to sell for him, Pancho never saw any of that money. Hugo Silva is a conman and is in the habit of ripping people off.
