My parents gave me this letter to read over and make sure if its true or not. I figured it seemed to good to be true. So we searched the whole lottery thing on the internet and it didn't have the date that the lottery was supposed to occur on. We then looked up the Santa Lucia Security Company and came across this, thank goodness we did.
