EUROMILLIONS LOTTERY S.A. SANTA LUCIA SECURITY COMPANY S.A. ripoff alleged lottery win claiming 10% of prize ripoff MADRID Spain

I received a letter this morning with the same content as in the Primitiva Lottery ripoff, i.e. alleging that I had won 615 810 000 euros in a special draw - the Euromillions Lottery International/Summer Promotion Program (American spelling!) held on 9th October 2006, results released on 7 November 2006.

Euromillions Lottery s.a. informed me further that 10% of this prize money would be payable to the "Santa Lucia Security Company s.a., since they are my "claims agent"(!), and they advised me to contact Don Ernesto Eroski, Foreign Operations Manager, on the phone and fax numbers I have quoted elsewhere. A second fax no. given was +34 658 570 960. Any money not collected by 28 November 2006 would be returned to the Ministerio de Economia y Haciendo as unclaimed.

A form was enclosed with the letter requesting many personal details including my address, occupation, marital status, sex, and, of course, bank account details, and details of next of kin, and requiring me to authorize the Santa Lucia Security Company to act on my behalf and to agree to pay 10% of the prize money to that company.

It was so obviously a hoax that I checked the Web immediately and found your site. I hope my report can warn any unsuspecting victims.
