Sate Investigation Department US legal services Told me there was a lawsuit in my name on a payday loan New york, New York

A supposed Atty for State Investigation Department called my number various times to tell me that a lawsuit was filed against my name reagrding some pay day loan from February of 2010. They told me that there was a payday loan deposited into a bank of america accout which I did not own. When I asked for an address to their Law firm, I was given 2 different addresses: 501 E bay st, 500 Rolling Hill. The number that I was called from is 914-363-5004. After asking several times, I was not given a main contact number and after several attempts to gain more information, I was unsuccessful. They told me that a warrant has been issued for my arrest and to avoid all legasl proccedings, I could settle out of court for $240 dollars.
