Satellite Services Inc And Union Local Seiu200united Discrimination against a disabled veteran Niagara Falls, New York

I worked 10 years for a BOS contractor at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, I was the Liquid Fuel Mechanic.

On the 13th of April 2007 I was told by the Veterans administration that i was 100% disabled with housebound criteria and I had to retire on the spot. Which I did.

Later in the year the VA told me that I was still employable. I called my union lawyer serveral times , but he never got back to me, I than called my union chief steward and left messages , but he never returned my call. This was SEIU200 United, I was still a retired member in good standing.

I than sent an email to the head of the company(Satellite Services) and told Mr Richard Endicott that I would come back to work since they were having trouble filling my position.

When i got no satisfaction there , I contacted the Air Force Rep and also the Air force contract officer. The project manager of the company said that anyone who talked to me would be fired.

I told them that the company was using unauthorized people in my old position. Not approved by the Air Force.

They blocked me at every step and waited long enough for another person, who was a friend of the project manager, to get approval from the Air force after this individual was rejected serveral times.

I know that i can do nothing more to change this in my favor. If I was doing a bad job, how come I lasted 10 years with many great job ratings from the last 2 companies that came before Satellite Services as BOS contractors?

My question is : How can I prevent this company and union from discriminating against another disabled veteran?
