April 18, 2006 I ordered a prescription of Adipex
April 21, 2006 My card had been debited for the $135.00
April 24, 2006 When I could not get the status of my order at safetrustprocessing.com, I called 866-259-7122 and was told by the customer service rep Karen that their had been an error and I would be refunded in five days. I then allowed her to reorder the Adipex and rebill my card. I did receive the second order.
May 1, 2006 My card was debited for the second order $135.00, but had not been credited for the first. I called 800-209-4671 and was told by customer service rep Tracey that the refund had been done on 4/24/2006 and I should allow ten working days.
5/3/2006 I called customer service rep Candy again and was told that it wasn't refunded till 4/26/2006, give it a few more days
5/9/2006 I called customer service and was told that I need to be patient, when I said I was running out of patience and requested that I speak to a supervisor, I was told that Dee --- the supervisor was at a two hour lunch to try later.
5/17/2006 I still have not been credited the $135.00 I have tried every day since to call the the numbers I have 866-259-7122 & 800-209-4671 and also to e-mail all addresses which keep coming back DAEMON MAILER. Hopefully I wiil find information to help wit this!

After reading the editors suggestion on how to get my money back into my account, I called my bank and explained the situation. Since it had been a month they ask me to come into the branch office where all paper work was waiting for me. I closed my debit account, signed three forms, and was on my way. There was a misc. credit to my account the next day! Thank-you editor!!!
