I ordered two butter butlers. They stated on the web that they were highly praised. (I had one the was an original that broke after years of service.) I received the junk knock offs. They don't work. $31.00 rip off

I wrote them several times and no reply.
Their policy is for an exchange only if defective. No refunds.
Watch out !!
