Savontv.com Did not fulfill order. Charged account, but did not send product. Internet

5 weeks ago order 2 turbo razor scooters from the website savontv.com.  This is the website that you used to see lots of infomercial products, like the amazing chia pet.  My card was charged immediately, but I have yet to receive the product shipped.  I have left many voice mail on a 'beep only' system.  I have sent multiple emails, many bouncing back.  And yet have not received any response at all.  It is very frustrating.  There is no address on their website.  Makes me feel like been taken, that there isn't really an internet retailer behind that web front.  Please anyone else having this similiar problem?
