We were approved for a business loan in August 2017--- they emailed us agreements from their attorney, proof of funds, and even the wire setup was emailed so all looked legit.
We were required to send them $65K in upfront interest payments and then they would immediately wire $500K into our bank account. They never sent the money and deflected us for weeks with reasons for delays before they stopped taking our calls. Ridiculous excuses. We also found out the CEO, Jimmy Boudarakis served jail time for fraud. The same thing happened to our colleague the week before we sent our money but did not find out until it was too late.
We both contacted local authoriries, have filed a report with the FBI, we're filing a report with the NY Bar Association and all associated financial institutions and will now pursue legal recourse.
They have an active office in Melville --- Jimmy Boudarakis and all the people who work with JTT should be ashamed of themselves for the perpetuation of these crimes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM --- they are a total scam outfit and should be shut down.
