I recently purchase 2 items from scootertronics and they said it would be delivered in 2 days but it took over a week. I even said I'd pay extra to get it sent faster. When I received my items I realized that the main item I needed to be able to ride my scooter again was the wrong part/fitment. I have sent 3-4 emails concerning my situation and have even called about the same number of times and always get a recording saying do not leave message, and to email them and emails are supposedly answered daily.

I still haven't heard back from them to resolve my problem after all those emails and phone calls I haven't heard anything back yet at all. It's obvious that once they have your money then they no longer care about doing anything to help you anymore. This is over a week ago. I'm having to buy the same part again that I needed from another source now and pay twice for the part I need. This is horrible business and it is just wrong. If you try to order something from them, they will tell you no matter what, Yes we have what you need whether they do or not and just send you something close to what you need in hopes it will be more trouble for you to return or exchange your item.

In fact, they make it very hard for you themselves on you to try to get your problem handled. They will take your money no matter what it is you want and send you something to hold you over as time passes and then become unreachable by the time a week or 2 has passed hoping you will be too busy to deal with it or make it sooo hard for you to get things right with them that you won't even know what to do but do a report like this. Unbelievable that this company is still in business by how poorly the business is being run. I wouldn't dare shop there again. They are very selfish and greedy without any respect or concern for return customer, first time customers, and just people who wanted to give them a shot. You will not be a satisfied customer at scootertronics.com.
