Not Happy with s****.>

This is our experience and opinion of owning and living in a s****.>

We have owned this manufactured home for a number of years now and feel that we can fairly say that we have had a number of disappointments and problems with this s****.>

Soon after the home was delivered and setup we noticed a number of issues. Some door frames were crooked even to the outside and we had gaps around the door. Air vents were installed crooked, cabinet doors were crooked. By year 2-3 most of the door handles began to break and needed replacing. In years 3-4 the plastic faucets in the bathrooms broke and then some of the doors began to swell. By year 5-6 our we had our most expensive repair on the home. We found out the plywood under our shingle roof was rotting in different places and we needed to replace the entire roof. All of these expenses were out of our pocket.

These are just a few of the larger problems that we felt we've had with this home. We had spoken to customer service a number of times with little if any resolution. I can't say that we are impressed with the home or the company as a whole. These are our opinions regarding our s****.>
